Shipping Time

Inventory Product

Orders can be supplied in full if goods are in stock, and we strive to ship within 48 hours from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If you place your order before 11 am Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped on the same day.

If you miss the 11 am cut-off time, Your package will leave our warehouse on the next working day.

Standard shipping time is 3-7 business days.

Custom Product

Custom products normally take 2-4 weeks to produce and around 2 weeks for shipment. So you are supposed to receive your package in 4-6 weeks after artwork approval.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send the tracking number and tracking link to your email inbox.
